Javier and Annette Mondragona
Pastors Javier and Annette Mondragon are the founders of Many Nations Church (formerly Grace Point South). Both Annette and Javier received bachelor degrees in theology from Seminario Nazareno Mexicano in Baja California, Mexico, and both are ordained elders in the Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Javier holds a Master of Ministry degree from Olivet Nazarene University, he is a Professor of Community Development and Urban Ministries at Indiana Wesleyan University and is the founder of Bridge of Grace Compassionate Ministries Center. They are the proud parents of 2 boys and 1 girl: Yisrael David, Johann Levi, and Lea Annalise.
Rose Caro is an Associate Pastor at Many Nations Church and is the local NMI (missions board) president. She possesses an AA in Church Ministry and a BA in Pastoral Ministries and Leadership and Ethics from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO. Rose is currently pursuing an MDiv in Missional Leadership through Northwest Nazarene University. She has over a decade of experience in missions and outreach ministries and is currently the Resource Development Coordinator at Bridge of Grace Compassionate Ministries Center. She is married to Rosendo and together they have five children and three grandchildren: Christy and her sons Edwin and Ethan, Anna and her daughter Addyson, Josiah who is in the US Army, Maria, and Benjamin.
Derrian and Temeka Stanley
In response to the call of ministry on their lives, Derrian and Temeka Stanley joined the Church of the Nazarene as members of Many Nations Church in 2010 and are now both Associate Pastors. Derrian is pursuing a Bachelor of Pastoral Ministries degree and will graduate in 2017 from Nazarene Bible College (NBC). Prior to NBC, Derrian earned a Recording Arts Specialized Associates degree. Temeka will also graduate in 2017. She will receive a Bachelor of Science in Religion from Liberty University, along with minors in Christian Counseling, Biblical Studies and Evangelism. Derrian and Temeka have three children: Zarryah, Derrian II, and Donovan.
Rob & Kristin Council
Rob Council is an Associate Pastor at Many Nations Church. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, having obtained a degree in psychology with emphasis in counseling and also has his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Over the past 20 years, he has served several churches as a youth and associate pastor. Both Rob and his wife Kristen grew up in Northeastern Indiana and believe God called them to return to Southeast Fort Wayne to serve with Many Nations Church. Kristen is a RN at Parkview Regional Medical Center in the Surgical/Trauma ICU and is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. They are parents to five children—4 girls and 1 boy; Callah, Clairanna, Laina, Elysea, and Ezra.
Worship Arts Director
AJ Zaldivar is originally from Northwest Arkansas, where she graduated from John Brown University with a BS in Worship Arts and an emphasis in Voice. A classically trained vocalist, AJ also plays the acoustic guitar and piano. She has led worship for the last 5 years for churches, youth camps, and educational institutions. As the Worship Arts Director of MNC, AJ’s main purpose is to oversee all aspects of worship. AJ also works for Bridge of Grace Compassionate Ministry Center as the Educational Programs Manager, and is also the program director of BGCMC Art & Music Program.
